These Terms govern your use of Finder, a cross-exchange arbitrage scanner that publishes real-time price-difference signals across centralised and decentralised crypto venues. By signing up or using the service, you agree to them.
Finder operates a real-time scanner that compares prices, funding rates, and on-chain pool data across 20+ centralised exchanges and 17+ blockchains. Detected arbitrage situations are published to subscriber-only Telegram channels and visible in the web dashboard at /app.
Finder is a data feed. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, custody crypto, or operate as a broker. Trade decisions and execution are entirely yours.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws — Finder does not verify residence or licensing.
One account per person. Sharing access (TG handle re-sale, group accounts, channel forwarding) is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
Every new account starts with a 3-day trial granting full access to all channels and dashboard features. No payment method is required for the trial. At the 72-hour mark, channel access auto-revokes unless you have selected and paid for a plan.
Subscription plans (DEX-Dumps, Spreads, All-in-one) are described on the pricing page. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or quarterly. Quarterly plans do not auto-renew — you re-purchase each cycle.
Payment is processed by a PCI-compliant third-party provider (cards) or via Telegram Stars / USDT (crypto). Finder does not store full card numbers — the payment processor handles all PCI-scoped data. We retain only the last 4 digits and a customer ID for billing-history display.
Failed renewals revoke channel access until the next successful payment.
Cancel any time and the rest of your paid period stays active until expiry — no clawback. Once a billing cycle has been paid for, partial refunds are not issued. The closest equivalent is a prorated downgrade, available at any time.
If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate in good faith.
You may not: (a) re-distribute, scrape, mirror or republish signal content; (b) automate signal extraction outside the official channels and dashboard; (c) attempt to bypass paywalls, channel access controls, or rate limits; (d) use Finder to facilitate manipulation, wash trading, or insider trading on any venue; (e) reverse-engineer the scanner or API.
Violations result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
The Finder name, logo, scanner methodology, dashboard UI, signal formats, and all published software are owned by Finder. Subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to view and use signals for personal trading — nothing more.
Crypto symbols, exchange names, and on-chain data referenced in our signals belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Finder publishes market data, not investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations. Arbitrage signals describe price differences that exist at the moment of detection — they may close before you can act on them, and they may turn into losses due to slippage, network fees, deposit closures, MEV, or exchange downtime.
You alone are responsible for evaluating each opportunity, sizing your position, managing risk, and complying with applicable tax and regulatory obligations. Past performance of any signal type does not guarantee future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange or wallet failures, network outages, or signal latency.
Finder's total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, third-party API outages, and force majeure may cause disruptions. Extended outages (>24h on a paid plan) entitle you to a credit equal to the affected period.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms, payment failure, or at our discretion for legal or operational reasons. Upon termination, channel access is revoked immediately.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email and the in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Finder is registered. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction. The specific jurisdiction is disclosed on request — email hello@finder.example.
